the risk of accident, whether human
or technical, not only in France
or Germany, but also in any other
country in Europe.

OUR
MISSIONS :
1
- Risk monitoring of facilities.
Our inspectors check the state of
facilities that are likely to generate
risks to personnel or to client
equipment. They identify situations
and equipment presenting a risk.
Based on this independent expertise,
clients can take our observations
into account, remedy the problems
detected and prevent accidents.
Our actions are designed to prevent
risks from falls, electrical shocks,
and fire or explosions linked to
site facilities and equipment (electrical
facilities, lifting devices, pressure
vessels, etc).
2
- Consultancy.
Some of our clients express an ongoing
need for safety advice and support.
We have therefore developed a consulting
activity which covers safety and
environment management advice and
ISO certification assistance. Our
engineers put their expertise, and
the entire group experience, to
work for our clients. Moreover,
as our technical inspection procedures
for facilities are closely connected
to the maintenance of client operations,
our expertise has naturally extended
to include maintenance engineering.
3
- Building technical inspections.
Our engineers are instructed by
our clients to monitor working sites
from the drawing board to the acceptance
phase. They issue technical notices
on construction solidity and safety
whether on blueprint or on the construction
site. Their job is to prevent hazards
linked to construction. The dossier
handed in at the end of the project,
gives a general overview of the
state of the building, and enables
our clients to claim the 10-year
guarantee for their construction
project from their insurers.

4 -
Health Safety and Protection at work.
Our coordinators check, on behalf
of our clients, that contact between
the various participants of a working
site do not generate situations at
risk. Before the start of the project,
they write up a general co-ordination
plan providing the main behavioural
guidelines for the companies involved.
During the execution phase, they visit
the work site to check compliance
with the initial plan. Upon acceptance
of the work site, they produce a synthetic
document whose purpose is to prevent
risks inherent to follow-up building
maintenance.
5 -
Environment.
Our engineers assist our clients in
all areas of environmental protection.
Ranging from administrative to technical
assistance, their mission aims at
improving their clients environmental
situation. They carry out surveys,
expertise reports or audits for dangerous
facilities or facilities at risk.
They may also draw up specifications
for compliance projects.
6 -
Training.
We transmit to our clients through
training the expertise that we have
developed in each of our core businesses.
The transfer of know-how is essential
to the understanding and the appropriation
of all the principles of risk prevention.
Whether in our training centres, on
client premises, or in a specialised
centre, we provide training for both
production operators and managers.
7 -
Real estate diagnosis.
As a third party, we are able to give
our clients independant advices about
their real estate. Our technicians
are trained to detect dangers such
as asbestos, lead or termits in an
appartment or a house. Their job is
to visit the real estate before it
is sold and to give the buyer un independant
expertise about the potential danger
that is present in his/her future
home.
